Dr. Jennifer Williams has been involved with rescues since 1998.  She’s helped start run two horse rescues, fostered for a cat rescue, and adopted from the cat rescue (as a foster failure!) and a dog rescue.  She’s the author of How to Start and Run a Rescue, has been interviewed on television and for national magazines, and has presented equine welfare topics at numerous regional and national conferences. She’s also the author of several articles on rescue topics, including an article that won an award from The American Horse Publications.
